Special Fundraising For Completion Screening!

September 23. 6:30 PM SPACE Gallery, Portland, ME, $8

Well, after one an a half years of work, we are nearing the completion of our latest documentary Project:

BlueGreen ...an exploration of our ties with the ocean.

We can't tell you how psyched we are about this film. It marks all kinds of milestones for us (including being shot in HD) and has been this crazy labor of love. We have all kinds of feelings about this one, from the elated to the fiercely supportive, and all good.

But enough about that! Why are we telling you about this? Because we are having a special (fundraising for completion) screening of this great little film!

Sunday September 23rd, 6:30 PM at the SPACE gallery , 538 Congress St. Portland. $8 at the door. All Ages! (Yes it really is super kid friendly- so bring 'em!)

And why should you come? Well, it's a thoughtful film filled with great footage and interviews with folks such as Layne Beachley, Keith Malloy, Robert August, Sean Collins, Liz Clark and so many more. There are huge waves, little waves, boats crabs dogs sea life and of course, some world class surfing, and some not so world class. It's got a ton of footage that was shot right here in the Northeast- so you are probably in it! And your $8 admittance fee automatically enters you into a raffle for a new surfboard! Let me repeat that- YOUR ADMITTANCE FEE AUTOMATICALLY ENTERS YOU INTO A RAFFLE FOR A NEW SURFBOARD. (an old school twin fin fish!) You will be able to buy additional tickets to increase your chances and get other awesome stuff from our sponsor for the show- Liquid Dreams Surf Shop.

SO come out! Tell all your friends! Whether you like surfing, or documentary film, or just hanging out with a great community of people, and of course maybe walking home with a cool new stick, this is going to be a really fun evening! Mark it on your calendars now. Even if there is a swell it'll be close to dark then so come right from the beach.

Come on out! Tell everyone you know!
